About me
Hi, my name is Megan. I’m a registered dietitian based in Cape Town with a special interest in women’s health & fertility. I’m also a Pretoria-girl at heart, a wife, boy-mamma, dog-mamma and coffee-lover.
My journey of struggling with severe uterine fibroids, fertility issues, years of frustration and limited answers, led me to my purpose & passion for women’s health.
Like so many women, I found myself navigating conflicting advice, symptom-focused solutions, and a healthcare experience that often left me feeling hopeless, unheard and unsupported. That experience sparked a deeper passion to understand the root causes behind hormonal imbalances and the powerful role nutrition can play in supporting the body.
I discovered functional & integrative nutrition, which moves beyond symptom-based care towards a more personalised, whole body approach. It focuses on root cause & looks at how systems in the body are connected - gut, hormones, immune system, stress response. Instead of treating symptoms in isolation, it asks what is driving them.
As a registered dietitian, this personal journey shaped the way I now aim to support my clients. I combine evidence-based nutrition science with a functional, holistic, food-first approach with targeted supplementation to help women move beyond confusion and finally feel empowered in their health.
My goal is to help busy women feel stronger, more energized, and supported with practical strategies that fit real life, whether they’re navigating fertility challenges, hormone symptoms, digestive concerns, pregnancy and beyond, or simply wanting to feel their best. It would be my pleasure to journey with you through all the stages & demands of womanhood.
